We are pleased to share the latest structural milestones from the SunWay Residence construction site in Estepona. Throughout February 2026, the development has progressed steadily, transitioning from foundational earthworks and basement pillar installations to the pouring of the upper floor concrete slabs.

Work on site is moving forward at an excellent pace. As captured in our latest aerial drone footage, the structural skeleton of the building is taking shape rapidly.

During February, the on-site engineering team successfully completed the heavy earthmoving and basement foundation phases. Current efforts are heavily focused on assembling the steel reinforcement grids and pouring the concrete floor slabs for the upper residential levels.

With cranes fully operational and concrete pumping actively underway, the layout of the luxury residences is becoming clearly defined against the backdrop of the Estepona hills.
